Shipping & Delivery

Every Snapgoody piece is made to order after you approve your design, then posted from the maker closest to you. Here is what that means for your parcel.

How your order reaches you

  1. 01

    Your design is checked

Your artwork is exported print-ready the moment you order. If anything looks wrong at print resolution we email you before we press it.

  2. 02

    It is made to order

Nothing is pre-printed and nothing sits in a warehouse. Your piece is produced individually, which is why it takes a few days rather than a few hours.

  3. 03

    It ships from your region

Orders are routed to a maker in the UK, the EU or the US so your parcel travels a shorter distance and clears customs less often.

Large and fragile piecesTo confirm

The A1 poster ships rolled in a tube and is charged at a higher rate than the smaller sizes, because it travels as a larger parcel.

Blankets, pillows and pillow cases are compressed for transit and recover their loft within a day of being unpacked.

Ceramic pieces — mugs and coasters — are packed individually. If one arrives broken, photograph it and we will remake it.

Tracking

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the maker. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

If you ordered several pieces they may arrive separately, and at different times, because they are made by different makers. You are never charged more than once for delivery.

Customs and dutiesTo confirm

Because orders are made in your own region, most parcels never cross a customs border. Where one does, any duty or import charge is the responsibility of the recipient.

Something not right?

If a piece arrives damaged, late, or not as you designed it, we remake it. No forms, no argument.
