Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm UK time. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on Monday.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered on the shipping and returns pages — where your parcel is, how long production takes, and what happens if something arrives damaged.
If you are mid-design and something in the studio is not behaving, tell us which product and which browser you are using. It helps us reproduce it.
