Getting the best print
Three things worth knowing
Bigger files print better
Use the original photograph from your camera or phone. Images saved from messaging apps or social media are compressed and can look soft once printed at size.
Mind the safe area
The dashed line is the safe area. Anything important — a face, a name, a date — should sit inside it, because the outer edge is trimmed during finishing.
Contrast carries
Pale text on a pale photograph loses itself on fabric. Give words something dark to sit on, or add a background panel behind them.
